Population density key to closing the loop

BRUSSELS - Accessibility to circular textile services like recycling, reuse, and repair is significantly better in city centres, according to a new study spearheaded by the European Union's Solstice project.

Focusing on Berlin, Grenoble, Prato and Catalonia, the analysis explores how spatial design, labour markets, resource circulation and infrastructure intersect to create the foundations for circular textile practices in different regions.
