NEW YORK - Fashion brands should work with their Tier 2 suppliers to reduce their carbon emissions cost effectively, according to a new report.
The report by McKinsey & Company says that Tier 2, where fabrics are produced and treated, accounts for 45-70% of brands' supply chain emissions.
