FRANKFURT - Although physical stores still account for almost 80% of retail purchases globally, the fashion e-commerce market is projected to more than double by 2030 to reach €1.5 trillion.
But despite its potential, e-commerce has a problem with returns. It is often reported that return rates exceed 50%, presenting companies with significant financial and logistical challenges.
