Study by the Netherlands’ Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) sounds alarm over fast fashion
THE HAGUE - The fast fashion industry is undermining the Netherlands’ ambitions for a circular textile economy, according to a new government report.
The study comes from the country's Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) which monitors the country's extended producer responsibilty (EPR) scheme.
