European Commission finds Temu in breach of the Digital Services Act in relation to illegal products on its platform
The European Commission has warned Chinese online marketplace Temu that it is breaking EU rules by not doing enough to prevent the sale of illegal clothing and textile products through its platform.
The Commission also warned that Temu’s breach of obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA) could ultimately lead to a fine of up to 6% of the online giant’s annual global turnover.
