Cotton sustainability programme is targeting a partial revision of its principles and criteria

Better Cotton, the world’s largest cotton sustainability initiative, has launched a public consultation on targeted updates to its ‘principles and criteria’, one of the core components of the Better Cotton standard.

This revision is being carried out as a partial substantive revision following its standard-setting and revision procedure v2.2 and aligned with the ISEAL Code of Good Practice for Sustainability Systems v1.0.
