Fresh investment will allow textile recycling firm to scale its circular fibre production

Dutch textile recycler SaXcell has raised €4 million ($4.6m) in funding to build a production plant and pulp development centre in Enschede in the Netherlands.
The company, a spin-off from the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, chemically recycles consumer textile waste into regenerated virgin-quality fibre.
